STEPS
- Directions: Choose your season, solidify your “ALL IN” payment, sign your confidentiality form, pay and fill out your enrollment form.
- Once you have paid, schedule your appointment in the calendar and your ALL IN assessment will be confirmed. If your payment is not secured by the cut off-date you will be placed in next season’s program. No refunds.
